Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) hosted the “RMUTP International Partnership Week 2024” from February 27–29, 2024. The event aimed to strengthen relationships with international educational institutions, elevate RMUTP’s educational standards to a global level, and promote cultural and experiential exchange. Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of RMUTP, presided over the opening ceremony.

Distinguished guests included Ms. Sun Ying and Ms. Wu Lu from Fuzhou Zhiyuan Education Technology Co., Ltd. (China); Mr. Jörg Noldin from Hof University of Applied Sciences (Germany); Prof. Dr. Rainer Wehner from THWS Business School (Germany); and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hang Lee and Ms. I-Wen Chen from National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (Taiwan).

The event featured strategic discussions on academic collaboration and exchange activities. A highlight was the modern Thai fusion dinner prepared by the Faculty of Home Economics Technology. Using local ingredients from across Thailand, the faculty showcased Thai identity through four innovative dishes:

1. Esan Shrimp Larb Croquettes with crispy culantro chips.

2. Royal Thai Herb Ravioli (Kaeng Liang) topped with caviar and lemon basil oil.

3. Chicken Curry Mousse Roulade with fruit red curry sauce and fried Job’s tears.

4. Modern Khanom Thuay featuring coconut sugar meringue, horseshoe crab roe, fresh coconut milk ice cream, and microwave sponge cake.
