On September 17, 2024, Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), presided over an online consultative meeting with Mr. Jun Okita, Chief Executive Officer of Green Carbon Inc., Japan. The meeting was held at the Raphiphat Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Office of the President, RMUTP, Thewet Center.

The discussion focused on developing and strengthening academic cooperation regarding carbon credit mechanisms and trading in Thailand. The proposed collaboration includes student and faculty exchanges, specialized training, and joint research projects aimed at environmental conservation and the creation of natural resource sustainability. Both parties plan to hold an official Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony in the near future.
