On February 11, 2025, Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Prin Boonkanit, Vice President, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Rui Zhou, President of Bella Vista Institute of Higher Education (BVIS) Switzerland.

The partnership aims to strengthen cooperation in education, culture, and academics through faculty and student exchanges, as well as joint academic conferences between the two institutions. The signing ceremony took place at the Raphiphat Meeting Room, Office of the President, RMUTP.
