On March 18, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Northwest Samar State University (NwSSU) and St. Robert’s International College (SRIC) from the Philippines. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of RMUTP; Dr. Robert F. Galindez, President of SRIC; and Dr. Benjamin Pecayo, President of NwSSU.

The agreement aims to promote academic excellence, develop teaching curricula, and facilitate the exchange of research expertise. The collaboration will also cover the organization of international academic conferences and the publication of research papers in relevant academic journals, ultimately elevating the quality of education for all institutions involved. The ceremony took place at the Raphiphat Meeting Room, Office of the President, RMUTP (Thewet Center).
