[Jilin, China] – On September 19, 2025, Lt. Gen. Chainarong Kitrungrotejaroen, Vice Chairman of the University Council, acting on behalf of the Chairman of the University Council of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), attended the Gala Dinner celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Jilin International Studies University (JISU) in the People’s Republic of China.

The RMUTP delegation also included Mr. Kematat Paladesh, Member of the University Council, Asst. Prof. Dr. Prin Boonkanit, Vice President, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Amnat Iamsam-ang, Assistant to the President. RMUTP was among four prestigious Thai universities invited to this celebration, alongside Suratthani Rajabhat University, Rangsit University, and Burapha University.

This visit aims to strengthen academic ties, student exchanges, research collaboration, and the internationalization of Thai universities. RMUTP and JISU are long-standing partner institutions with active cooperation in undergraduate programs. Currently, both institutions offer a one-semester short-term credit transfer program, which has consistently attracted JISU students to enroll in the Applied Thai Language program at the Faculty of Liberal Arts, RMUTP.
