RMUTP Discusses Recruitment of Chinese Students for International College with Chinese Partners

On March 4, 2025, Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Prin Boonkanit, Vice President, and Dr. Lawanchawee Sujarittanonta from the Faculty of Science and Technology, held a consultative meeting with Dr. Wong Wong Ming, Associate Dean of the International College at Krirk University, and representatives from the Ming Sheng Education Group (China), led by Chairman Mr. Tieji Fang. The meeting took place at the Rapeephat Meeting Room, RMUTP (Thewet Center).

The discussion centered on the curriculum management of the RMUTP International College, focusing on two pilot programs: the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they explored the development of a “Top-Up Degree” (2+2) model, where students would spend two years studying in Thailand and two years in China. The primary goal is to attract more Chinese students to RMUTP, as Thailand remains a top destination for Chinese students seeking international education, with numbers continuing to rise annually.
