On January 22, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), represented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Krit Jedwanne, Vice President, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Green Energy Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (GEEI), P.R. China, represented by Dr. Lin Huan Ku (President), and Fire Empowerment Co., Ltd. (FEP), Thailand, represented by Ms. Apichaya Thepsothorn (Partner). The ceremony was held at the Raphiphat Meeting Room, Office of the President, Thewet Center.

The primary objective of this partnership is to establish academic and technical cooperation in developing innovative, eco-friendly fire protection products. This includes the exchange of manufacturing expertise and technology through collaborative research based on each party’s specialization, as well as personnel development and joint study visits.

GEEI and FEP are leaders in fire safety innovation, particularly in high-quality fire-extinguishing foams. This collaboration aims to introduce advanced fire-fighting technologies that protect lives and property while being environmentally sustainable. In the future, these innovations are expected to replace conventional fire-fighting foams that contribute to global warming and pose health risks to firefighters, promoting safer and greener standards across Thailand.
