RMUTP Partners with Huatec and Guizhou Polytechnic to Establish "Jingshi Institute" for Educational Excellence
On April 25, 2024, the Institute of Digital Interdisciplinary and Robotics at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) launched a Big Data Analysis and Management project and an industrial management study tour. Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of RMUTP, presided over the opening ceremony and welcomed executives from Guizhou Industry Polytechnic College and Beijing Huatec Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Huatec), P.R. China.
The distinguished delegation included Mr. Cai Zhijian (Chairman of the College Committee, Guizhou Polytechnic), Ms. Zhang Yu (Chairwoman of Huatec), and senior academic directors from both institutions. The event took place at the Institute of Digital Interdisciplinary and Robotics, RMUTP (North Bangkok Center).
Dr. Natworapol stated that this collaboration aims to exchange educational expertise and provide academic services through the establishment of the Jingshi Institute in Thailand. This institute—the 5th of its kind—is designed to elevate educational standards and produce high-potential personnel in engineering and technology for professional careers globally. The ceremony also featured the unveiling of the Jingshi Institute plaque, alongside Thai cultural performances including Khon (Hanuman and Suphannamatcha) and Nora (Southern Thai folk dance), showcasing Thailand’s soft power to an international audience.
