RMUTP Expands International Cooperation with Jilin International Studies University and Harbin Engineering University
Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) continues to expand its international academic network to promote education, research, and personnel exchange with leading higher education institutions in the People’s Republic of China. From March 31 to April 3, 2026, Dr.Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of RMUTP, accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Prin Boonkanit, Vice President, along with Ajarn Wilailuck and Ajarn Pariwat Nakarksa from the Department of Applied Thai, Faculty of Liberal Arts, engaged in high-level academic collaboration discussions.
On April 1, 2026, Dr.Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Prof. Dr. Qin He, President of Jilin International Studies University (JISU) in Changchun, Jilin Province. The agreement aims to foster research collaboration, researcher exchange programs, and the development of future joint research projects. This initiative was coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teerarat Chapchainai, a specialist and Senior International Advisor at JISU.
Subsequently, on April 2, 2026, the delegation met with Prof. Song Yingdong, Party Secretary, and Prof. Dr. Ding Xuezhong, Dean of the International College at Harbin Engineering University (HEU) in Harbin. The discussions focused on curriculum development, research and innovation, faculty and student exchanges, and personnel capacity building. The coordination was facilitated by Dr. Thanapol Srisukwattanachai, an alumnus of HEU. During the visit, the delegation toured the Harbin Military Engineering Institute Memorial Hall, the university library, the Future Technologies College, advanced laboratories, and various student facilities, including the gymnasium, cafeteria, and international student dormitories.
